Apex is a connection platform. It is not a contractor and does not perform work: it connects clients with independent professionals, who are responsible for their work, permits, insurance and pricing. Any work agreement is made directly between the client and the professional.
The information you send through our forms (name, contact, area, description and attachments) is used to answer your request and share it with the professionals relevant to your project. Those professionals pay Apex a fee to receive the opportunity; submitting a request is free for you. We don't share your data with third parties unrelated to your request. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time, in accordance with Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Persons Regarding the Processing of their Personal Data.
If you accept in the cookie notice, Google Analytics measures visits (pages viewed, referral source, device) with an anonymized IP and no advertising; it is off by default and you can change your choice with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Each request sent is also counted anonymously in Google Analytics (service type, area and language only), with no personal data.
